Chicken with French Fries & Peas
Ingredients
Chicken - 250 gram
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp (Or ginger 1/2 tbsp and garlic - 1 tbsp)
Yogurt - 100 gm
Black Pepper - 1/4 or 1/2 tsp (can be added more according to taste)
Salt - To taste
Potato - 4 medium to large (according to taste)
Peas - 100 to 200 gm (acc. to taste)
Oil - 2 tbsp
Chicken - 250 gram

Method:
Marinate chicken in gg paste, salt, pepper, yogurt for 1/2 hour
Cook chicken in 2 tbsp oil till tender and done (about half an hour). The chicken should be dryish, with just masala-ish gravy remaining.
Cut potatoes french fries style and fry them separately. Sprinkle salt on top. Fry peas with oil and a little bit salt. Make sure that care is taken when adding salt, because all three items are separately salted, and it might end up over-salting the dish in the end.
Pour the chicken in a bowl, top with french fries & peas . If you serve it immediately, the french fries will remain crisp, but if the french fries are added and then the chicken is cooked for a few minutes, then the french fries become soft and soak up the masala which gives it a different taste; So serving should depend on individual taste.

hey this seems like a great fusion dish. i definitely wanna try this but just one question, wont the fries get soggy if cooked together?
